What to include
- For a display bug: the page URL or NPI involved, and what looked wrong.
- For a privacy or legal question: enough detail to identify what you're asking about.
- For anything else: whatever context would help make sense of the message.
NPISignal cannot change a provider's NPPES record, an LEIE entry, or any other government data on your behalf — those go through the government agency that owns them. See Corrections for exactly where each kind of correction belongs.
