Things worth knowing
- Is there a free trial?
- Creating an account is free and requires no card. You can import a roster and see exactly what monitoring would produce before paying — the limit applies to how many records are monitored, not to whether you can look.
- What happens if we go over the record limit?
- An import that would exceed the limit is refused before anything is written, with a message saying what the limit is and how many records you have. Nothing is silently dropped.
- What do we keep if we cancel?
- Screening history, recorded decisions and generated reports stay readable. They are the record of work already done. Recurring screening stops.
- Why is this cheaper than the credentialing platforms?
- Because it does less. NPISignal screens against two federal exclusion sources and keeps a defensible record of having done so. It does not do primary-source licence verification, payer enrollment or credentialing workflow, and it is not priced as though it did.
